Into your womb of Obsidian Blackness I enter

Mixing in the blood and nutrients contained within you

Signifying Death and Life,

Rebirth and Transformation

You give birth to me

You succor me.

You teach me the Dance of Life,

Which tastes fear, forbidden foods and acts.

You teach me how to laugh at Fear and Death

And the expressions of my Ego and Desires.

You cut away and strip me of all

That is Unnecessary and Burdensome,

False and Fearsome.

You intoxicate me with the Delirium of Freedom,

Courage and Fearlessness

You lead me across the Worlds and Universes

You Transcend Time, and Space

And combine the Past, Present and Future

Creating a Unity of All Parts, Forms and Shaktis

To me who enters into your Blackness

You show me the “Light of Freedom and Consciousness”

In you I can Trust as the Supreme Unifier

The Giver and the Taker who knows

All Cycles of Life, Knowledge, Power and Time.

Meditation Journey 1

Imagine yourself in your beautiful Sacred Garden, lying on the grass, leaning against the trunk of your favourite tree looking all around you. It is a beautiful evening. As you look up at the sky, you see the moon and the stars. As you relax and let your senses drift noticing the cool air, hear the night birds and owls, and smell the grass and treesaround you, you begin to sense a sacred feminine presence standing near you in the darkness, a presence filled with pulsing energy.

As she comes closer to you, you recognize the form and the energy of the Goddess Kali. She takes your hand, and together you slip through the trunk of your tree, going down through the roots, down, down, down into your Cavern Below the Ground. You see the huge expanse of this underground world open before you. There is the river, the lake, banks and grass.

You may see her body as luminous blue-black, full-breasted, shining in the moonlight.

Or you may feel her beside you, touching you, holding your hand.

As she comes closer, you find yourself gazing into her eyes which are shining with fiery, flickering flames of Love and Passion. Her red tongue flicks back and forth, in and out of her mouth like a hungry lizard sweeping for food. Kali is always moving, her energy pulses, her arms wave in all directions, her leis of skulls swing around her neck and body clattering like castanets to every movement she makes.

Yet you sense within her an absolute Love and Devotion to you, and an invitation to Freedom.

You sense her wildness, her refusal to be tamed.

Kali is Goddess of Death, Seductress and Shakti of Life, and Slayer of Demons.

She is here for you!

As you tune into the Cosmic Energy of Kali, let yourself recognize that this sacred feminine presence sees you completely.

She sees your Beauty, your Woundedness, your Doubts, your Fears, your Karmic Blocks, the ways you’ve Hurt Others.

She sees your Mistakes, your Longings, and your Innate Goodness.

She sees everything that’s Apparent and everything that’s Hidden

She sees you; she Adores you; she Holds you.

She is Fierce Wisdom incarnate, the Liberating Force of Grace.

She is Freedom itself.

Let your breath connect you to her Glowing Sacred Heart, to her pulsing, utterly free energetic core, which is also Your Own Heart.

With each inhalation, you draw in the Liberating Grace of her presence, letting it flow through your Body, your Being.

And with each exhalation you allow the sense of whatever within you needs to be released, to be let go of, in order that she can dissolve it.

Your inhalation and your exhalation are almost like a prayer.

“I accept Freedom.

I allow whatever can be released in this moment to be released.”

Meditation Journey 2

As you enter your Sacred Grotto, the moon is out, the stars are shining high above, but tonight it is darker than usual. You go to where your tree awaits and underneath it waiting patiently for you, you spy your Journey Companions: Alonnah the Story-Keeper, The Weaver of Time and Wisdoms, your snake, your Gnome, others you may now see.

They may stay and wait for you above ground, or they may travel with you.

Tonight, you are going to meet Kali below in the Cavern.

You sit under your tree and feeling the rough bark of its trunk against your back, you dissolve into it and travel downwards.

Down into your Cavern, your Grotto where tonight Kali is waiting for you beside a Black Obsidian Rock.

You acknowledge one another and this time you allow yourself to merge with her.

This time you allow yourself to surrender totally to her powers, her energies, her Love, Freedom, and Cosmic Powers and Knowing.

You trust her, you love her, you feel safe, and you are willing to go wherever she takes you.

Through her black cavern underground, across the dark lake and cold waters, through rock pools, and in her boat.

You sail with her to unknown lands until she steers the boat to a sandy shore and invites you to step out with her.

She indicates for you to lie down on the sandy ground as she is going to perform a ritual ceremony for you.

Kali collects sticks and wood from around the sandy circle and lights a fire with her tongue.

You are not frightened - you know to trust her with your heart.

She then picks you up and cradles you in her many arms and starts singing to you.

She is singing in a language you don't know - but you feel her compassion, her understanding, her wild wisdom.

You drift off into a deep trance in this underground, far away land, feeling the magic and Cosmic Love and Wisdom of the Goddess who knows both Life and Death, Hatred and Love, Suffering and Compassion.

Feel your own body absorb Kali's Gifts to you.

Relax and rest and allow your Higher Self to translate and remember what she is saying to you.

Kali will know when you are done and ready to leave.

She carries you in her arms back to her boat and rows you back to the opening of the Cavern.

You still don't know how she takes you down and up to the tree and your Guardians waiting for you. But it doesn't matter. Learning to trust and travel with Kali to wherever she knows you need to go is part of your growth, your evolution, into becoming who you were meant to be.

Kali knows your Gifts, your Strengths, your Potentials and she will do everything in her power to support you, encourage you, love you and heal you.

"I Trust my Higher Self

I allow Kali to transmute my Suffering

and take me where I need to Go!"

Meditation Journey 3

The Star Nations and The Dream-Time: Their Healing Light of Love

and Remembering Yourself as The Warrior of Light

Tonight, as you enter your Sacred Garden the Healing Light of the Full Moon, still glowing iridescent and powerfully, illuminates everything around you, and you see clearly the stars glimmering above you in the night sky, across the Firmament of the Cosmos, shining and sending their rays of Love and Heart connection to you.

As you walk towards your special tree, and sit, leaning against its strong, warm familiar trunk, you feel illuminated and energized by the healing Light of the Full Moon and the Stars, and feel within you, your own Essence and Soul being pulled towards the Stars and the Moon. You feel embraced in their glow and Healing Light, Wisdom and Love.

You feel Trust in your own Being and Essence, knowing that continually our Earth, our Bodies and Souls are reconnected and re-energized by the powers of the Cosmos, the Moon, the Stars and the Dream-Time that envelope us and our Fabric of Life on Earth and through the Universe. Like Indra’s Net everything Glows and Flows in an Infinite Web of Light, Jewels, Love and Connection.

Tonight, as you Journey with your Guides and your Allies you will remember the Healing Light, Wisdom, Love and Insights from the Stars and Dream-time and feel bathed in the Glow of Light, Love, Energy and Warmth and connect across Time and Space to Your own, Inner Warrior of Light; Your own Inner Essence and Soul Wisdom, that you have carried with you from before Birth, as a young child full of Wonder and Imagination, Awe and Love, through your teenage years and into adulthood, gathering Skills and Strength.

Now as you open your Heart again to remembering your Beauty and Intelligence, your Love and Compassion, your Strength and Courage, your Devotion and Intuition you connect with your Inner Essence and Soul, your Inner Warrior of Light, and the Light, Love and Wisdom of Your Guides and the Cosmos. You relax and open, allowing Healing Light and new Insights to Flow into you to Heal, refresh and reignite your Essence and New Life.

"I open to The Divine Cosmos, The Firmament of Light, Stars and Moon,

and receive their Healing Light.

I ignite my Inner Warrior Light."
