Breath of Life

A Dream Message

This Period calls me to relate

To every moment, every breath of air as so rich

To find its fullness just in this moment

Leaning into it and breathing in its fullness.

To find an inner strength just in this moment

To find more that I didn’t know I had

Even more inner completeness

Than before

Just as in who I am

In this moment.

Not through doing everything

But just in Being alive

Feeling my essence as it is

Naturally arising

My own completeness in and of itself.

Resting in My Divinity

With my Hand on my Heart

I bow to the Sacred

I breath into my Inner Being

I find my Centre in my Innermost Depth

I draw my breath down, down, down

And rest in my Soul

And the Silence and Peace of Divinity.
