To the Winds of the East

Great Eagle, Condor

Come to us from the place of the Rising Sun 

And keep us under your wing

Show us the mountains we only dare to dream of

To teach us to fly wing to wing with the Great Spirit.

Share your medicine

Touch me, honour me, illuminate me

So that I may know you too

That I may see my birth, my childhood, my beginnings as anew.

That I may pass through your Golden Door to Grandfather Sun

And all levels of imagination and awareness.

Through this Golden Door to Great Spirit and Grandfather Sun,

I see three Paths before me:

The First Path is to use any talent or creativity for illumination.

The Second Path is guarded by Sister Snake who shows me how to shed old habits 

And she shows me Illumination of Healing through transmuting poison.

The Third Path is of white man’s money 

and teaches me how to exchange and properly use energy. 

The Third Path of illumination is of true energy exchange as sharing.

The East also holds the energy of the male side of my nature

Of seeking and Visioning new ideas and uncharted areas of Life.

As Eagle bathes in the Love of the Golden Light of Grandfather Sun, 

I Invite Eagle into my Heart to soar to the heights above Sacred Mountain and view 

MY LIFE as part of all creation.

With Reverence and Gratitude, 

I look down and see what is illuminated for Me.
