These attributes and time out give you Healing and Release from your Past and renewed Vision and Alignment of who you were when you were first born here on this Earth, when you created your chosen incarnation, Lessons and Paths.

Now is the time to re-create your healthy body and habits and to set new goals, ideas, integrity and the Power of your Mind so you can step out again into your World and move forward towards the Beauty and Joy you envisioned. 

Call your energies and knowledge back to you, devour previous poor choices, lack of alignment and integrity, so you too can walk with both the power and gentleness, the flexibility and movement of the Jaguar and the Bear.
